By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Services & Scope
We provide professional massage/bodywork sessions (e.g., Full Body, Back, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Anti-Cellulite, Wrap Styx, Mix Massage, Osteopathy-style manual therapy). We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and we may decline service if we believe a session is unsafe or inappropriate.
2) Booking, Payments & Deposits
Booking channels: website scheduler, phone/WhatsApp, or email.
Payment timing: due at booking (prepayment) or immediately after the session (card/online/other accepted methods shown on site).
Deposits: we may request a deposit up to 100% (e.g., first-time clients, peak times, multi-person bookings). Deposits are credited to your session; they are non-refundable if you cancel outside the free window (see §3).
Prices: shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change; the price at the time of booking applies.
3) Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show
Free reschedule/cancel: up to 24 hours before your start time.
Late cancel (24–12 h): 50% of the service price.
Same-day (<12 h) or No-Show: 100% of the service price.
Late arrival: sessions end at the scheduled time to respect the next client; the full fee applies.
How to cancel/reschedule: via your confirmation link or by WhatsApp/email during studio hours. Time is determined by our system timestamp.
4) Refunds
Prepayments and deposits are refundable only if you cancel within the free window or if we cancel the session. Packages/gift cards: see §8–9.
5) Right of Withdrawal (Distance Bookings)
Consumer bookings made online are “distance contracts.” By EU/Dutch law, the 14-day cooling-off right does not applyto:
Services scheduled for a specific date/time related to leisure activities (appointments, events) (CRD art. 16; BW 6:230p), and
Services fully performed where you gave express consent to start and acknowledged losing the right once fully performed.

6) Health, Consent & Safety
Please inform us of health conditions, medications, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or skin conditions beforethe session. We rely on your accurate disclosure to work safely.
We may request your explicit consent to process limited health information needed to tailor the session (special-category data under GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time; doing so may limit our ability to treat. GDPRICO
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session (no refund) in cases of intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or boundary violations.
7) Minors
We treat clients 16–17 only with written parental/guardian consent; under 16 a guardian must be present in the studio.
8) Packages, Series & Promotions
Packages/series are non-refundable and valid [12] months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
Missed or late-cancelled package appointments are deducted per §3.
Promotions/discounts cannot be combined and cannot be back-applied.
9) Gift Cards & Vouchers
Valid for at least 1 year (we set 2 years by default) from purchase.
Transferable to another person unless marked otherwise; not redeemable for cash.
Lost/stolen cards: we may replace only with proof of purchase and remaining balance.
10) Late Payment, Interest & Collection Costs
If you do not pay on time:
You owe statutory interest (wettelijke rente) for consumer debts (art. 6:119 BW, rate published by the Dutch Government). Wetboek+Rijksoverheid
For consumer debts we can only charge extrajudicial collection costs after sending the mandatory 14-day reminder (“veertiendagenbrief”) that clearly states the amount due and the costs if unpaid. 11) Complaints & Disputes
Complaints: email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of the session; we aim to respond within 5 working days.
Mediation first: we prefer to resolve issues directly and may propose a goodwill re-treat or partial refund at our discretion.
Governing law & forum: Dutch law applies; disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

12) Privacy & Data Retention (summary)
We process personal data to run bookings, provide treatments, take payment, and meet legal duties. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interest, and consent (for any health notes).
Health notes (special-category data) are processed only with your explicit consent and used solely to deliver safe treatment. GDPR
Financial/tax records are stored for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Other booking data are kept no longer than necessary for these purposes. ondernemersplein.overheid.nl

13) Hygiene & Aftercare
We follow professional hygiene standards. For certain treatments (cupping, taping, anti-cellulite), we may advise no oils/lotions beforehand and provide aftercare guidance. You are responsible for following aftercare; results vary per person.
14) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., illness, utilities failure, building issues, extreme weather). We will reschedule or refund any prepaid session we cancel.
15) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. Nothing excludes liability for wilful intent or gross negligence.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be signposted on our site.
